Autumn's in the air

ode to autmn

The refreshingly nippy weather hints at a bone-chilling winter around the corner...

Fields brimming with Nature's marvel promise a bountiful harvest...

De-chlorophylled trees staging a cheerful pageant tease the jaded romantic...

Soon the trees will disrobe, stand stark bare, defying winter's bite.

But for now, all I can do is willingly stay enthralled in Autumn's enchanting spell.

Visited the pumpkin patch this summer with NR. He loved the farm animals specially lucy the lama since he is kind of familiar with Linda the lama from Diego series :).
Visiting sauvie island for farm fresh veggies has been our regular weekend activity for a decade since it is close to our home (just drive up and down the hill from springville road thru german town road). We usually visit Krugers farm and they a had wedding on the day we visited with NR .
May be we should plan a visit/picnic to hood valley farms soon: ).
